Refund Policy
1. Refunds
​Refunds will only be processed in the following circumstances:​
If the product/service received is defective, damaged, or not as described.
​If the customer cancels within 24 hours before delivery/pickup.
​Refunds will be made to the same payment method used during purchase.
​Please allow 5–10 working days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.

2. Cancellations
​Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of ordering.
​​If cancellation occurs after the stated period, a cancellation fee of 50% of the invoice total may apply.
​3. Non-Refundable Items
​The following items/services are non-refundable:
Gift cards or vouchers.
Services already rendered.

Shipping & Delivery Policy
At The Perfect Picnic Platter Co, we pride ourselves on delivering fresh, high-quality catering on time. Please review our delivery policy below:
Delivery Areas
We currently deliver within a 35 km radius from Somerset West and surrounding suburbs.
For deliveries outside these areas, please contact us to confirm availability and additional fees.
Delivery Times
Orders must be placed at least 48 hours/2 days in advance.
Deliveries are made between 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM or time agreed.
We aim to deliver at your requested time, but please allow a 30–60 minute window due to traffic or unforeseen delays.
Delivery Fees
A flat delivery fee of R300 applies within our service area.
Additional charges may apply for out-of-area deliveries or special requests.
Order Handling
All food is freshly prepared and packaged for safe transport.
Once delivered, proper storage and handling of the food becomes the customer’s responsibility.
Pick-Up Option
Customers may also collect orders directly from Sitari Country Estate.

All items are subject to availability.
We make every effort to fulfill your order, but in rare cases, some products may be out of stock/out of season.
If this happens, we will contact you to offer alternatives or arrange a refund.
